SQL Server Health Check

You're responsible for one or more SQL Servers that are having performance problems, and you're not sure where to start. You want a succinct, high level look at what the problems are and the top actions to take to get relief from the pain that your company is feeling because of poor performance.

I provide your team a way to run the health check, which runs a series of queries against DMVs and gathers other performance related data about your SQL Server. When complete, you send me the report and here is what you get in return for a level 1 health check.
